Breakfast Surprise Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
    6 oz. bulk sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
    4 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese, cut into strips
    4 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Line unbaked pie shell with 1/2 Mozzarella cheese strips.
    Top cheese with cooked, crumbled sausage.
    Cover with remaining cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; beat well.
    Pour over ingredients in shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
