Cranberry Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 box cherry Jell-O (3 oz.)
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water (hot)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cranberries (fresh, ground)
1 c. celery, chopped
1 orange (small, do not peel, remove seed, ground)
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Drain pineapple; save juice.
Add enough water to juice to make 1 cup.
Dissolve sugar and Jell-O in hot water.
Add lemon juice and juice mixture.
Chill until partly set, then add the remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
