Bread Recipe(Sourdough) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. potato flakes
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. hot water (hot tap water)
Preparation
    Let set in the fridge for 3 to 5 days. Take out of fridge and add the same ingredients again and let set 8 to 12 hours.
    You must feed your starter as directed every 3 to 5 days.
