Frozen Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large tomatoes
    4 carrots, shredded
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 pepper, chopped
    4 onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook until tender.
    Cool slightly.
    Put 2 cups of vegetables in blender and blend 1 minute.
    Pour into containers or bags and freeze.
    Good over meats and spaghetti sauce.
