Oyster Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. melted margarine
    4 c. milk
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 pt. fresh oysters
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
    3 or 4 potatoes, chopped
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in\tmargarine.
    Add
    milk and cream cheese; cook until smooth.
    Add\trest of ingredients.
    Simmer 10 to 15 minutes, until edge of oysters curl.
