Conestoga Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
    2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add butter, sugar and eggs; mix well.
    Stir in flour until blended well; dough will be soft. Spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 17 minutes.
    Store remaining dough in refrigerator and use when needed.
