Fresh Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
3 peaches
1 pt. strawberries
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 bananas
1/2 c. blueberries
1/3 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Blend cornstarch with 3 tablespoons pineapple juice drained from canned pineapple.
Add remaining juice and pineapple; heat until thickened.
Layer banana slices, peach slices, blueberries and strawberries, leaving some strawberries and blueberries for garnish.
Pour thickened pineapple over fruit; garnish with reserved fruit and, if used, nuts.
Serve cold.
Makes 8 servings.
