Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can whole artichokes, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. shredded white Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
    mayonnaise (to moisten)
Preparation
    Drain whole artichokes and chop in food processor.
    Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and add chopped artichokes. Moisten mixture with mayonnaise.
    Bake in an oven-safe dish for approximately 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 until bubbling.
    Serve with crackers.
