Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    4 to 8 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 green peppers, chopped
    1 (18 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 large onions, diced
    1 whole garlic, chopped
    3 1/2 Tbsp. canning salt
    1 c. vinegar
    pepper and paprika to taste
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer 30 minutes. Strain to desired consistency and pack in hot jars; process 30 to 40 minutes in a hot water bath.
