Layer Dinner(From The "Guild Cookbook," 1941) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. potatoes, cut up
    2 c. onions, sliced
    2 c. celery
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 can tomatoes
    2 green peppers (for top)
Preparation
    Salt and pepper each layer.
    Cut green pepper up fine and sprinkle on top.
