1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
Beat butter and confectioners sugar until light and fluffy.
Blend in flour.
Press mixture onto bottom and up sides of a 12-inch round pizza pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool completely.
