Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 stick margarine, softened
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets about 1 hour or until soft when pricked with a fork.
    Peel and place in a large bowl of mixer or large bowl.
    Mix with sugar, eggs, oleo, milk, salt, vanilla and cinnamon. Beat until smooth. Strings will cling to beaters.
    Pour into baking dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven and add topping.
