Pineapple And Cheese Bake(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in their own juice
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Drain pineapple, reserving 4 tablespoons juice.
    In medium bowl, combine flour and sugar. Slowly stir in reserved juice.
    Add pineapple chunks and cheese. Mix well and pour into lightly greased 1-quart casserole.
    Mix butter and cracker crumbs in small bowl.
    Sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
    Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until bubbly.
    Serves 4 to 6.
