Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Beat first 5 ingredients together until smooth.
    Line muffin tins with muffin papers (cupcake).
    Place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each.
    Then divide mixture between the 24 muffin cups. Bake 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
