Italian Style Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium zucchini
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 lb. size can tomato sauce
    Parmesan cheese
    1 medium onion
    1 small can mushrooms with juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute zucchini and onion in butter.
    Add mushrooms.
    Cook until soft.
    Cook sausage, drain and set aside.
    When zucchini mixture is ready, add tomato sauce, sausage and salt and pepper.
    Simmer all together, the longer the better.
    When ready to serve, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
