Quick And Easy Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) roast, beef or lamb
    1 1/2 c. Burgundy wine
    1 pkg. Knorr onion soup mix
Preparation
    Place roast in crock-pot.
    Mix together wine and soup mix; pour over the top.
    Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or all day while you work!
