Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
    1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. raw grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar.
    Add eggs and blend.
    Mix dry ingredients well, then add nuts, pineapple and carrots and blend well.
    Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
