Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    4 c. boiling water
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 stick butter or oleo
    1 c. shredded cheese
    2 eggs
    milk
Preparation
    Cook the grits in the garlic flavored water until done.
    Add oleo and the cheese.
    Stir until melted, then set aside for 15 minutes.
    Beat the eggs in a one-cup measure, then finish filling the cup with milk.
    Pour into casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
