Cauliflower-Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (3 oz.) jar bacon bits
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (1 oz.) pkg. buttermilk dressing mix
Preparation

Cut cauliflower and broccoli into bite-size pieces.
Combine cauliflower, broccoli, peas, cheese, water chestnuts and bacon bits in large bowl; set aside.
Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and dressing.
Pour over vegetables.
Chill.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
