Scotch Shortbread(4 To 5 Dozen) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter or margarine
    1 c. powdered sugar
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add flour a little at a time.
    Pat out on floured board to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Then use rolling pin to make dough smooth.
    With a knife, cut into strips both vertical and horizontal, making about 1-inch squares.
    Press with fork on all 4 sides.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes until just turning brown. (They will brown a little after removed from oven.)
