Two-Step Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz) Cool Whip
1 prepared graham cracker crust
1 can cherry Thank You Pie Filling
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl, with electric mixer on high speed, until smooth.
Gently stir in lemon juice and whipped topping.
Spoon into crust.
Spoon the cherry pie filling on top of pie.
Refrigerate until firm.
(Other flavors of pie filling may be used instead.)
