Swedish Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. cream or rich milk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter or oil
Preparation
    Beat the eggs slightly. Add salt, flour, cream and melted butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 on hot griddle.
