Mexican Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
6 oz. avocado dip
8 oz. sour cream
4 1/2 oz. black olives, chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies or 2 tomatoes, diced and 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Preparation

Layer all ingredients in the order given in a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
Heat in a 350\u00b0 oven for a few minutes until cheese is melted.
May refrigerate and heat right before serving. Serve with large dip chips.
