Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

1 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Cream margarine, sugar and eggs together.
Fold sour cream and vanilla carefully into creamed mixture.
Then fold in sifted dry ingredients.
Place 1/4 of batter into greased and flour large angel food tube pan (be sure to grease the tube, too).
Spread over half of the Topping, then balance of batter.
Finish with Topping.
Bake for 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
Sprinkle while warm with powdered sugar.
