Chicken And Bow Ties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. bow or other pasta
    2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) chunky style stew tomatoes
    1 lb. boneless chicken, cut into strips
    1 onion, chopped
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
    Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid.
    In skillet, add reserved liquid and boil 5 minutes.
    Stir in tomatoes, chicken, onion, mushrooms, garlic and rosemary.
    Cook 6 minutes or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.
    Toss with pasta and cheese.
    Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with additional cheese, if desired.
