Skillet Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 egg
2 large apples, diced
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Sift flour, soda, salt and sugar in one bowl.
Mix oil, egg, apples, nuts and vanilla in separate bowl.
Mix together in greased iron skillet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
