Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
4 to 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 c. chicken broth
3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked
2 medium potatoes, cooked and cubed
Preparation

Cook onion until tender, blend in flour, salt and broth.
Cook until bubbly.
Add remaining ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
