Idaho Dessert Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk, scalded
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 large nectarine, cubed (1 c.)
    2 bricks frozen Idaho shredded hash brown potatoes, defrosted and separated
    1/2 ??? raisins
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
    Stir in milk, vanilla, potatoes, nectarine and raisins.
    Pour into a 2-quart baking dish; set dish in a pan of hot water (water should be 1 inch deep).
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Serve warm or cold.
