Sweet & Sour Cabbage Borscht - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. brisket or soup meat*
    4 qt. water
    1 medium size head of cabbage, shredded
    8 oz. can of chopped tomatoes
    2 small onions, sliced
    juice of one lemon
    1 large can of sauerkraut
    1 can of sliced beets
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    dash of garlic or chopped to taste
Preparation
    Boil meat in water, add cabbage. When cabbage is soft, add other ingredients.
