Cheese Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. sharp grated cheese
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. Tabasco

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and form into ring.
Fill center with strawberry preserves.
Serve with assorted crackers.
