Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast (I use Fleischmann's RapidRise)
    1/2 c. warm water
    3/4 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted oleo
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 to 2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix 1/2 cup warm water with yeast until dissolved, then add 3/4 cup warm water, sugar, salt and oleo.
    Stir until dissolved. Add 2 cups flour; beat until smooth, then add 1 1/2 to 2 cups flour to make a soft dough.
    Knead until smooth.
    Grease outside and refrigerate until ready to use (15 minutes or longer).
    Use cookie sheet instead of round pizza pan.
    Top with sauce, Parmesan cheese and shredded Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
