Quick Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. (box) confectioners (powdered) sugar
1/2 c. cocoa or peanut butter
1/4 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Preparation

Put all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir until smooth and creamy.
Spread in a buttered 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Cool.
