Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (boneless, thick cut)
    4 slices lemon
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Spray skillet with Pam.
    Trim fat from chops.
    Dust with flour and brown on one side.
    Turn and brown on other side.
    If necessary for better browning, add a little oil.
    Spray casserole with Pam.
    Place chops in casserole.
    Place lemon slice on each chop, then add 1 tablespoon brown sugar on top of the lemon slice. Pour tomato sauce over all.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
