Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cooking oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. carrots
    1 c. nuts
    1 small can pineapple
    1 c. dates
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients. Add oil, eggs, vanilla, nuts, carrots, pineapple and dates. Bake in layer or tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
