Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut into medium size chunks (peeled or unpeeled)
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In large plastic bag, add all ingredients, seal bag and shake until all potatoes are covered. Let sit and marinate.
    Empty into shallow baking dish or roast pan and bake, stirring several times to keep from burning.
    Bake 40 minutes or until potatoes are done.
    Add small amount of oil if needed while baking.
    Serves 6 to 8.
