Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
    1/2 c. maraschino cherries, quartered (green or red)
    1/2 c. whole toasted almonds
    1/4 c. salted pistachio nuts
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    24 marshmallows, quartered
    1 c. whipping cream (use the real thing)
    8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and cherries.
    Combine 3 tablespoons pineapple juice with cream cheese and mayonnaise; cream together.
    Fold in pineapple, cherries, nuts and marshmallows.
