Apple-Carrot Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 3/4 c. unpeeled, chopped red apple
    2/3 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. white vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    8 cabbage leaves (optional)
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Combine mayonnaise and next 3 ingredients.
    Pour over cabbage mixture, tossing gently to coat.
    Cover and chill.
    Serve on cabbage leaves, if desired.
