Sourdough Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. water
    1/2 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Let stand 2 or 3 days.
    This is your starter.
    The night before add flour and milk.
    Next morning take out starter (1/3 to 1/2 cup).
    Keep in refrigerator for next batch.
    Then add remaining ingredients.
    Can be used for pancakes or waffles.
