Farmhouse Barbecue Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. refrigerator buttermilk biscuits
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Flatten biscuits, place in greased muffin tin; set aside. Brown beef; drain.
    In small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and chili powder; stir until smooth.
    Add to meat; mix well.
    Put 1/4 cup in each muffin tin.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
