Gram'S Sweet And Sour Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg in saucepan.
    Add flour and dry mustard.
    Also add the salt.
    Beat together.
    Take the vinegar and water and fill the measuring cup (1 cup) with sugar, together, all in the same cup until it overflows.
    Add this to the egg mixture and cook unit it boils up good once.
    Good on cabbage, slaw, banana salad, as dip for chicken fingers, etc.
