Squash Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. squash
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. hot milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Steam squash and onion together.
    Mash squash and add butter. Mix all other ingredients with squash.
    Put in casserole and bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    After 35 to 40 minutes, sprinkle grated cheese on top.
