Ingredients

2/3 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. whipping cream
2 tsp. thyme, crumbled
2 tsp. minced, peeled fresh ginger
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
2 1/4 lb. flank steak
Preparation

Mix mustard, soy sauce, whipping cream, thyme, ginger and black pepper.
Marinate steaks in the mixture at least 24 hours and then grill.
