Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. thinly sliced turkey
    1 c. chopped onions or 1/2 Tbsp. dried onions
    1 can diced mild green chilies
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. powdered garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Stir together in a large bowl.
    Layer over tortillas in casserole dish.
    Top with 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese and 1/2 cup shredded Colby cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
