Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sweet potatoes, drained and sliced
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Arrange potatoes overlapping in a shallow buttered ovenproof dish.
    Pour on fruit juices.
    Sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
