Cracker Jacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups light brown sugar
    1/2 cup white syrup
    1 stick oleo
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    5 quarts popped popcorn
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients and boil for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add soda.
    Pour over 5 quarts salted popcorn.
    Mix well. Bake in 200 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool.
