Pineapple Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch deep dish pie crust, baked
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in own juice
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine
4 oz. evaporated milk
3 eggs, separated
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in saucepan.
Cut margarine in small pieces.
Cook over slow heat, stirring constantly, until thick (like pudding pie filling).
Cool filling.
Put into cool crust. Use egg whites for meringue topping.
