Fiesta Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
1 c. Bisquick
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
3/4 pkg. Colby/Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
-
Combine corn, Bisquick, sugar and egg.
Put half of batter in pan.
Cover with layer of cheese, green chilies and layer of cheese and rest of batter.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
