Chocolate Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix until smooth.
Do not overmix!
Fill cupcake cups 1/2 full.
Put 1 heaping teaspoonful of filling in the center.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Do not overbake.
