Hot Apple Cider - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. apple cider
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    4 cinnamon sticks
    1 Tbsp. whole cloves
    2 tsp. whole allspice or 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
    sprinkle of nutmeg
Preparation
    Heat cider, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, allspice and nutmeg to boiling.
    Simmer 20 minutes. Strain. Serve hot.
    Makes 32 (1/2 cup) servings.
