Crock-Pot Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    good cooking apples
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Wash, core and slice apples.
    Heap high into crock-pot, alternately with sugar and cinnamon.
    Cover and turn temperature control to high.
    Cook 4 hours.
    Remove from pot.
    Rub through Foley food mill or colander.
    Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Makes 4 pints.
